Disabled Facilities
All Airparks transfer buses are suitable for disabled access, but if you have any queries or specific needs, please do contact the booking agent at the time of reservation. It is well worth disabled passengers thinking about using a Meet and Greet parking service, where you are met outside of the terminal building.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Upon arrival simply park in a free bay and report to Airparks reception. Present your booking confirmation and your car keys, and your car will be parked whilst you take a shuttle bus transfer to Birmingham Airport. Your car will be checked and photographed for any existing damage.
Upon arrival back at Birmingham Airport following your trip, please board the Airparks bus where you will be transferred back to the car park.
