Disabled Facilities
Birmingham International Airport has dedicated services for disabled passengers.
Your airline or travel agent should be made aware of your requirements prior to arrival at the airport.
The facilities available include wheelchairs, disabled toilet facilities, easy access to different parts of the terminal buildings,induction loop system for hard of hearing passengers, and a deaf alerter system.
Airport staff will be pleased to help, and include persons who are proficient in sign language.

For those passengers arriving by car who wish to wish to avoid using Airport car parks, there is a superb meet and greet parking service, where passengers are met outside the terminal building, with their car waiting for them on their return.
